Set up on the beach

How the set-up service works →Which shade should I pick?
The chairs are Tommy Bahama beach chairs with a cup holder and a pouch, and they recline flat. The 7' Tommy Bahama umbrella with a sand anchor is the classic: quick to put up, easy to carry, and plenty for two chairs. The 8' Solbello wind shade is a canopy that catches the breeze instead of fighting it, so it stays put on the windy days when umbrellas go flying. Both are light enough to carry over the dune walkover with the chairs.
Three ways to get them
Pick up at the store and carry them across the street. Have the combo delivered to your rental or hotel for the length of your stay. Or go full service: we set your chairs and shade up on the beach each morning before you walk out and take them down each evening, for a flat $50 or $60 a day.
Return times
4-hour rentals are pick-up only and come back within four hours. A 1-day rental comes back before 5 PM the next day, so you can stay for the sunset or catch the sunrise.

Do you deliver to the Omni Amelia Island Resort and the Plantation?
Yes, every day. We deliver bikes, e-bikes, boards and chairs to the Omni hotel, the Ritz-Carlton, Summer Beach, and the villas and vacation rentals throughout Amelia Island Plantation on the south end of the island, and we pick everything up when you're done, for the same price as walking into the store. We have gate access, so there's nothing to arrange at the entrance: tell us where you're staying when you book and we'll call to set a delivery time. The Plantation's shaded bike paths and the beach along the resort are some of the best cruising on the island, so you can ride straight out of your door.
What does the set-up service include?
We carry everything out, put the chairs and shade up at your spot on the beach before you arrive, and take it all down in the evening, every day of your rental. Flat $50 a day with an umbrella or $60 with a Solbello, plus $10 a day per extra chair or umbrella.
Can you deliver to my hotel or rental?
Yes. Delivery combos are dropped at your rental or hotel for a 1-day minimum and picked up when you're done. See the delivery table above for rates.
What do I need to rent?
A credit card on file for every rental, and a quick signature. That's it.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental starts and we refund 75%. Inside 48 hours there's no refund. Call (904) 310-6124 to cancel or reschedule; moving your dates is free with 48 hours' notice.
